Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall disbanded the VICE unit -- a unit responsible for arresting prostitutes by working undercover. Without VICE officers, it's hard to make cases or arrests against prostitutes. Residents say they want help now.

The biggest story is that an unqualified affirmative action hire is making racist hiring decisions.
