“Both” is actually an impossibility. XX and XY cannot be combined to make another combination. That’s all the combinations there are besides YY, which is also impossible. The DNA wouldn’t know how to handle it.
Oh and hermaphrodites are the result of a hormone malfunction during gestation, not a problem with the sex chromosomes.

This is true. I see I was not clear enough.
I have a method to determine the sex of a human regardless of their declaration without employing a medical test. The subject can perform this test fully dressed without requiring a blood, hair, urine, or stool sample.
Actually they are two tests but one should be enough to prove the person's sex.

Chimeras. I admit this is a subject I know little to nothing about. But then it occurs little to never. Blood transfusions from a woman who donated blood would mean I have female sex chromosomes, temporarily I suppose. But not by nature or design.
