That's the problem in a nutshell.
On team time, the team should do the team thing.
If the team decides to kneel and/or not go to the WH, let them suffer the consequences (hopefully going out of biz).
On team time, like during the Anthem, they need to follow the dictates of their contract - which should be standing up with respect facing the flag.
Seems pretty straightforward, eh?
If my right to freedom of speech impacts my company, I have no right to do it on their time. Cut and dried.
