Simple - case dismissed and he goes after McCabe in civil court. McCabe likely carried insurance in his position for civil suits. Flynn may have a slam dunk case against him, but nothing seems to happen fast in this fiasco.....
IMO, the case against Flynn should be dismissed because the underlying crime was the Logan Act. A never-used criminal statute that could have been applied to every administration transition in the past few decades (Flynn had every right and authority as an incoming admin official) and it is ignored for John Kerry and his secret coaching of the Iranians. Equal justice for all is essential for the fabric of our nation. This is why the email scandal and Clinton foundation investigations are so important. The only way to bring down the deep state is to take off the biggest actors.

McCabe is also reportedly the subject of an open Equal Employment Opportunity complaint for alleged gender discrimination dating back to 2014. In that case, Flynn reportedly submitted a letter of support on behalf of a female FBI agent who reported the discrimination. Despite Flynn's role in the open complaint against McCabe, McCabe still worked on the FBI's investigation into Flynn's communications with Russian officials.
Seems to me that everybody in the government is a biased hack.

Part of this scandal is a petty personnel matter blown out of shape.
Except for this thread, I had not heard or read anywhere else in the media about this "sex abuse" case against McCabe that Flynn was a witness in.
I did a Bing search and found a Zero Hedge article on it dated a year ago. It's not like it's been front page news during the last year.
Not everyone is inclined to or has the time to follow these investigations and all their nuances like some folks do.
I'm retired, but I have a herd of beef cattle and my farm to take care of everyday.
Not like I'm sitting around on the computer looking for year old news I missed....because, well....I missed it.
From what I read, Flynn has a good case for reversing his indictment.
But maybe he can sue the hale out of McCabe and Mueller and exact some revenge from them. I would.
