Yes, they wanted to setup the “Insurance Policy” encase Trump won. If Hillary had won it would have just quietly gone away. But it just wasn’t the Obama regime, members of the GOPe (like McCain) were in on it.
I wonder if Obama wanted Hillary to lose and keep her dream from being President from coming to fruition. There was no love loss between Clinton’s and Obama’s. So Comey makes his statement which in turn supposedly caused Hillary to lose.
Their plan keep Hillary from winning, let Trump win, then get him impeached, indicted, removed from office. Then move onto Pence removal, thus next in line would have been Ryan.
It is just all too strange still why Comey did what he did- makes no sense to hurt Hillary, who he worked for and supported.
