Barsoomian is from California’s Armenian community. She passed the Bar in 1993 and was hired by the DOJ as an assistant. Like any new lawyer, she worked cases assigned to her. After a few years, she took time off to have children.
By 2004, she was listed as “US Attorney’s Office” “for Defendant National Institutes of Health”. The NIH is also where Rod Rosenstein’s sister works.
By 2008, she was listed in the Department of Health and Human Services as “Deputy Associate General Counsel, Claims and Employment Law”. She is still with the National Institutes of Health.
He is a member of the Federalist Society.

These cases were from the ‘90s. She started as an assistant in the DOJ. She has never represented the Clintons personally, or anyone else I’ve seen.
People sue government officials by name all the time. It’s pretty rare they go anywhere. Most are frivolous. See, for example, Hamburg vs. Clinton, 1998.
Roger Stone, self-confessed political dirty trickster, started this nonsense and the usual clickbait bloggers keep it alive.

An ex boss of mine had worked in local government of a SoCal city with a large and strong Armenian population. From what she said, their “mafia” put the Russian Mafia to shame when it came to pure evil. RR and his wife sound to be a bit terrifying.
