And they realize that this President probably has no issues with the 19yr old from the Good Ol’ US of A, sitting on the trigger of those guns and blowing the iranian boats out of the water. For the kids on those ships, the controllers for some of those weapons are no different than video game controllers.
One of my nephew was doing some testing on a new controller for a weapon system on a Stryker. The controller was an XBox controller.
Why not? The crews already have in many cases 1000s of hours manipulating those controllers to blow virtual stuff up. Makes all kinds of sense to use the same UI to blow up real stuff.
