My wife and I have been to three rallies. One when he was a candidate, one as nominee, and one as President. And yes, nothing beats attending one in person! At the last one we attended we had seats just 3 rows back from where he was speaking. And we had a really special deal where we got up close and personal to the Beast.
We watch the televised rallies on Fox Business. I expect Fox will continue to carry them.
Those media who stop covering rallies should lose WH Press Credentials.
When it comes to Trump’s rallies, the media is lying to the public and lying to themselves. The real deep truth of their consensus is just one hundred percent wanting to supress any news of or about the Trump rallies. Were there some night in shinning armour (to them) out their campaigning now, it would be news because it is news. Trump’s rallies are news, really news, but the “consensus” is it is too depresseing for the members of the media.
Correct! And it will also help drive people to the alternative news sources on the Internet where the MSM has no sway and conservatives are dominant. The fools are doing our work for us.
Fox News Channel & Fox Business Network will continue to cover the Trump rallies and so will C-Span. But, even if they dropped the Trump Rallies, there are a good number of “Live Feeds” that will continue to cover the trump activity.
Look, I do not blame CNN & MSNBC for wanting to dump the Trump rallies. These rallies cost a good piece of change to televise. CNN & MSNBC with a combined ‘dismal” viewer base of about 1.5 million viewers compared to the “Fox” combined viewer numbers of about 4 million viewers for FNC and 1 million viewers from FBN are getting whipped big time. Fox owns the Cable TV news. MSNBC & CNN are killing themselves, day by day!!!

To the extent that any CNN viewers could stand to keep watching a Trump rally, the rallies make the liberal heads explode, and that motivates angry Leftists all the more. So logically, CNN is cutting their own throat by not continuing to generate hate. They’re so sad, they cannot even decide what they want to do.....

If the MSM cover the rallies, Trump outs them as the liars they are, but they get a spike in viewership which make advertisers happy.
If they don’t cover Trump, they lose ratings and make there advertisers unhappy.
Trump has made it so bad for them to run their scam, the MSM chooses to lose ratings and annoy their advertisers.

Your post made me realize - networks like CNN spend all their time training their (leftie) audience to hate Trump with all their strength and then are professionally expected to cover his rallies, which must mean they are tremendous money losers for them. I think I’ve seen articles about CNN’s “base” writing complaints to the network that they don’t want to see him and accusations that the network is “normalizing” him.
Meanwhile, over at Fox, they gladly cover them and are rewarded with commercial income and audience loyalty to boot.
Really makes it hard for CNN to argue it’s fair and unbiased if only people who hate Trump watch them. Oh, but then CNN claims their audience is simply more educated than Fox’s.
You pretty much covered it. CNN is in a lose lose situation. Which is not a bad thing at all.
