For the Miami Dolphins, the NFL’s anthem policy isn’t enough. The team is going a step farther in punishing players who kneel during the national anthem. According to the Associated Press, a team discipline document now includes a section on “Proper Anthem Conduct.”

It classifies anthem protests under a large list of ”conduct detrimental to the club,” all of which could lead to a paid or unpaid suspension, a fine or both.

Punishment for players can be up to four games, the Associated Press reported. However, it’s rare for players to be suspended for that long.

Yep, they MISSED THE BOAT. We’re long gone. We know if they stand now, it’s simply for a paycheck. Before that, we didn’t really care why they stood...and it all worked for the best. Cannot turn back the clock.

The horse left the barn a long time ago. Closing the door now won’t help.

………..when I think about it, which isn’t very often, guys like Stephen Ross piss me off more than the players. Most of us “get” that the players have banged their helmets together too many times too hard.

But, WHAT’s Stephen Ross’s excuse for disrespecting our military and it’s history and relevance to his dumbo players taking a knee? Love em or hate em but most billionaires have a brain.

The NFL and their teams must have gotten quite a surprise in the off season concerning the true problem the league is having. Whether it’s attendance, ratings, or tickets sales-this protest has hit them in the wallet hard. They’re trying to fix a problem that could have been taken care of a few years ago. Too late now.

The NFL owners have been bending over for the players to avoid a strike. The funny is, they may get one anyway.

DEATH TO THE NFL! LONG LIVE THE SPORT OF FOOTBALL!!!

This could've been soooo easy! If you don't stand, you will miss 8 games without pay, a 2nd time will be miss 1 season, a 3rd time is lifetime ban

The Miami Dolphins have begun to realize just how much money is being lost due to this disrespect for the anthem and the flag by certain players on the team. They have been one of the NFL's worst offenders over the last two years, and it has cost them countless fans and massive revenue...

I hope they realize, sargon. I really do, if for nothing else than a warning to others.

Starbucks, Papa John’s, NFL..brands that have bent over to the left and have been ruined.

Too little too late.

Our entire family used to be decades long die-hard national felon league fans until they tore off their mask, revealed and demonstrated for all the world to see that they LITERALLY HATE AMERICA, HATE WHITE PEOPLE, HATE LAW ENFORCEMENT, HATE THE U.S. MILITARY, AND H A T E THEIR OWN, ONCE LOYAL FAN BASE!

We refuse to watch, or financially support the nfl EVER AGAIN because THEY H A T E US!

The nfl, "National Felon League" can ROT. They can fire the whole team for all we care because no matter what they do we are NEVER COMING BACK.
