whites were living in caves and had to be taught how to spin yarn from the “African Pharaohs.”

><

African Pharaohs. LOL. I wonder when the two races flipped and the whites became the advanced race?

A bit esoteric for me. But how hard is it to conceive of spinning yarn anyways.

“The idea that you would have to learn to spin something from another culture was a bit ludicrous,” she said. “It’s a pretty intuitive thing to do.” ... Here's what is really interesting about this study - Hayeur Smith says there is some evidence that the ancient Arctic peoples may have actually taught the Vikings a few things about weaving yarn.
Didn't fit the narrative, but that does. Death to Europeans ping. Thanks Diana in Wisconsin.

Well they had the essential ingredients for yarn-spinning, beer and mead.

As we say in Wisconsin, “You’re Lawrence WELK-om!”

It caught my eye because I am an obsessive crocheter and yarn addict. Life Is Good! :)

Qiviut Pronounced "Kivvi-oot" I've spun this stuff. Super light, super fine, but only one color or so...

Cool! I’m going to stick with Angora goats and Angora rabbits, though the mule might like some company, LOL!

It would be nice if more usually perishable ancient materials had survived.

Excellent idea!

I will crochet something from wool (maybe a nice codpiece?), put it in a Ziplock Bag and then in an ammo can, bury it in the Pasture and let future civilizations marvel at my handiwork! :)

Maybe I’ll throw a few found stone Arrowheads in there to REALLY confound them...and a Spork from KFC, LOL!
