Aggressive drivers of all kinds have either lost their will to live or are deluding themselves. Install cameras or have them installed as soon as you can, with the rear camera mounted for a sure shot of the license plate behind you. Always carry a phone that you can use to call 911 very easily and quickly with one hand while driving (hands free, headset, whatever, phone set up for it).
Get trained for self-defense, get equipped, get self-defense insurance, etc. Travel with others who are trained and equipped as often as possible. When a fool humps your bumper, make the phone call and pull over. Avoid them. If they come after you, remember that they can’t control themselves and have an unrealistic assumption about what’s going to happen.
Then, if necessary, give them what they’re begging for, and call your retainer service (self-defense insurance). Don’t allow them to have any legal way of revenge.
Secure your home, too.
BTW, the rear mount camera should be mounted low or otherwise mounted and tested to get a night shot of a tag despite headlights on the aggressor’s vehicle. Also get (or have a passenger get) a shot of the face of the driver with a phone or camera if possible. A fixed camera can also be mounted for a side view.

I know how to do this and keep driving with fellow drivers giving me a thumbs up. Sure you don’t want to get over? It won’t waste any of the hundred drivers behind you cussing your soul to hell and I will pick a safe place to leave you stranded. Not like you have anything important to do.
