True. I do find I feel better when I lay off the carbs. Less cravings.
Cravings come from the gut bacteria species we do not WANT to have. Best to go quite low carb and no sugar for a bit to kill them off, then add in only veggies and root veggies as your carbs, and you will get gut bugs that actively crave roasted beets, etc. Ive done it. It works. The bugs are very persuasive.
