I think the name of the fatty acid that you are referring to is linoleic acid. That is the one that Eade believes is stimulating obesity.

As to Dr. Michels’ comments, she is still presenting all of the crap science that fattened us all up (and killed us) for the last 40 years. She needs to get a new set of facts before embarrassing herself again on the world stage.

Virgin first press coconut oil, help to make my case of the shingles a very mild one. I shared this information with two family members who also came down with shingles and the result was the same.

Wash the infected area with the oil. Do not use soap. Ingest a table spoon of it a day (I mixed it into oatmeal and yogurt) and take 5000mg of vitamin C a day until it clears up.

The "poison" didn't kill me, it helped cure me.
