I am going to add something circumstantial. Every investigation of the clintons has resulted in no punishment or indictment (you can say the articles of impeachment, but he wasn’t removed) Since there are dozens of allegations against them many with substantial evidence, it is fair to say that there was a pro-clinton force behind the foster investigation. Since they cleaned his office before the cops came and since nothing came out of it, I assume that force was the clintons themselves.
Ok, so Kavanaugh being a lead investigator in Vince Foster case matters not to you.

I did not know about this past history with him, and I agree its disturbing at the least. It's also disturbing that Trump couldn't find anyone else who wasn't conflicted or associated with HRC!

I have about hundred “anti-trump” posts since Jan because he is asleep on a very serious issue.. You might consider that his inaction on inciting clinton, obama (FISA wiretapping) and other dem operatives is major neglect of duty. But since you are counting posts, I assume you just let that slide.

This is the reason I can’t support him either. Why would someone ever lie to protect a sitting president from a murder investigation? No matter how junior or young? I can only think of two reasons: low morals or blackmailed. Neither one bodes well for the Supreme Court.

That is why I wasn’t keen on him—he looks and sounds like another Roberts. But I don’t actually think Trump’s other finalists were better. This guy at least sounds like he’s good on illegal immigration, which is of course key.
