LAS VEGAS - Metro Police released mugshots Monday of the nine people arrested at the Rio Hotel-Casino on numerous different chargers. According to police, the group of documented gang members were cuffed after officers broke up a large party.
The arrests took place Saturday night, Aug. 18. There were around 40 people at the party.
Five weapons were also confiscated, Metro said.
Police took the following people into custody: Antron Simms, Steven Neal, Michael Green, Phillip Semper, Corey Johnson, Jerome Francis, Ashley Medlock, Lexus Sherman and Antonio Williams. Johnson and Williams were both arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. The other seven had active warrants for their arrests for charges unrelated to this incident.

I mean it’s absolutely shocking that there were 40 people at the Rio.
Last time there it was a ghost town with half the place boarded up.
“...the group of documented gang members...”
Good thing they had their papers in order, or they’d REALLY be in trouble! We don’t cotton to any ‘undocumented’ gang members in America!
“...arrested...on numerous different chargers...”
What kind of chargers? Horses? Platters? Battery chargers? They always leave out the interesting details.
I thought “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”?
Undocumented? Where were they from LA? Maybe that just means they didn’t have their drivers licence or voter registration card on them.
One way for the reporter to add detail to the story.
A black Lexus? I would think it would get pretty hot in Vegas in the sun. Maybe Lexus only gets used at night.
A healthy dose of Bammie’s sons... who would’ve thunk ...
The Rio takes EBT cards?
u r funny
Yes, they’re out there...
I often wondered out of all of the hotels why someone would book at say the Rio, Circus Circus, the Stratosphere or even ten more places like that Excalibur dump etc.
Save a hundred bucks on your Vegas vacation?
Speaking of the Stratosphere i walked there once, thought i was in some mexican ghost town for a while till i finally got to that place.
Not so happy looking now.
A few years ago, the wife was insisting that we go to Vegas.
I hated every minute of it, and I vowed I would never go back. It’s a shadow of its’ former self.
Speaking of that smell, which means second hand smoke. I got a question. How’s come the same type of shaming that cigarette smokers get also does not apply to pot smokers? I know that is a rhetorical question, but I am in that kind of a mood today.
What happens in Vegas, stays in a Vegas jail.
Wynn/Encore is it. Period. Pay the extra and enjoy the clean surroundings, until the line for the dance club cues up.
