An absolute fool. The Iraq war was a lot harder than he, like many of us, thought it would be, but he stuck it out until he found the winning formula. In addition he finally learned how to deal with Islamic regimes: get the the ruler, scare and/or bribe him into keeping his own crazies in line, and support him as long as he protects our interests, a tactic that worked brilliantly in Libya.
Then Obola and the Witch came along, destroyed everything and created ISIS, the practical equivalent of hitting W in the face with a feces pie. What does W do? He smiles, licks the filth off, and calls it chocolate. Contemptible.
