If someone is accosting you in such a manner than you have to defend yourself effectively, then put both of your hands in such a shape, lock your fingers, and drive them both as fast as you can in to each of your attacker's eyes.
If he is still attacking after that, open your thumb and strike his throat with the L shaped hand.

I don’t think it should be the traditional two to the chest and one to the head. You will run out of ammo too fast and they are attacking you at close range. I would do one to the head and repeat as ammo holds out. If they are attacking you, make them pay. have enough ammo to make all pay who do not run.

Probably would not be necessary after he is blind and cannot breath.
The problem with the demonstration in the video is that it is way too complicated, too many maneuvers.
You really only need two finger strikes to the eyes to end an assault.
Now if you want to kick ‘em in the nuts just for giggles, I can dig that.
