If you agree like me you are very frustrated with the GOP senators. Say what you want, if this was the Democrats, he would have been confirmed already. Whether you agree with them or not, they stick to their convictions. The GOP wants to bend over backwards to show they are pro-woman when they already are. The Democrats accuse them of these things and they take the bait. IF Kavanaugh is NOT confirmed, we are going to face a wipeout in Nov like we have never seen. They are being played like fiddle and they seem to be the only ones who can't see it.
Flake is the culprit on the committee yanking everyone around due to TDS ... and he simply doesn’t care about the vote in November.
So do the Republicans--their conviction is the rule of law, not how quickly they can get what they want.

Senate is 51-49. If it was 55-45, the vote would already have been held, and probably on a more conservative nominee than this one!
These senators unfortunately are not in lockstep with Trump. They need to put this to rest and concentrate on the election. I don’t know abut a lot if people on this board but I am hoping their is a very silent majority in Nov that comes out. I know so many people at my job who are Trump supporters but would never say it in public or on social media for fear of reprisal or even losing their job. The GOP and Dems are no different in that they want to keep things the way they are. For a change we have a president that cares about US and we need to elect senators who will support HIM.

If he's not, then should be hell to be paid. The career or any Republican refusing to vote for Kavanaugh needs to be terminated. This is one issue that caving on is unacceptable, the one that makes other compromises tolerable.

There are many Rinos in the congress, who I would not consider law abiding. There is a reason so many are retiring.
I agree with your frustration but disagree this is hurting the GOP. The longer she’s not sitting front and center testifying the more voters realize her story doesn’t hold water yet the GOP has bent over backwards to accommodate her and all she’s doing acting like a little spoiled brat. Many dem voters will simply not vote or find a new candidate to support in the mid-terms.
