If you read my posts, I hate Avanatti and I would confirm Kavenaugh. But fraternities do a lot of bad stuff and K may have been caught up in that. I don’t really like privileged ivy league types. Never liked Roberts. But I’d put K on this court. Maybe he did some asinine stuff as a frat brother. Frankly the fraternity system can be despicable and yes I speak from personal experience lots of it. These guys and girls were probably heavy drinkers and partiers. If K is stable all these years I’d confirm him but the Senate may not.

His so=called college roommate and fraternity brothers or dorm mates would have been interviewed during his early background checks when any anecdotes would have been fresh and provable
Maybe his client IS Bradley Manning.
Probably one of those clearances that are associated with access to personal information of Americans. Justice and State handle lots of such information. So does IRS and some other agencies.
