If the voters do not know why he should be fired then Republicans continue to be a failure in communicating with Americans!

The strategy of shoving Feinstein up Manchin’s ass needs to start tonight. The people of WVa elected Trump to put Kavanaugh on the court and Feinstein’s toady, Manchin is as responsible as she is for this circus.
Both Manchin and Claire McCaskle were very lucky in who the Republicans nominated to go against them the last time there was an election...I don’t anything about this opponent of Manchin’s, but he looks creepy. I hope he does better on tv.

Joe Manchin must be made to answer for why he is participating in the destruction of the reputation of a good man, Brett Kavanaugh. Joe Manchin must be made to answer whether he believes all accused of a crime are guilty until proven innocent.

He’s in a dead heat with Manchin so something is going on i.e. voters are restless. Trump needs to put Manchin in a vise, where he thinks the only way to save his seat is be a “yes” vote on Kav.

Public Opinion Strategies, conducting [a] poll for the Judicial Crisis Network, called 722 West Virginia voters Thursday evening and 58 percent supported the confirmation of Kavanaugh, 28 percent did not. Among Republicans, the support is 81 percent in favor while 45 percent of Democrats polled are against the confirmation and 42 percent in favor. The Public Opinion Strategies poll also shows more women, 52 percent, found Kavanaugh more believable than Ford, 36 percent.

I’m surprised at the 42% of Dems in favor - not an insignificant number. A “yes” vote won’t hurt him with women, and all the politicians seem terrified of “the women”. So, get him to a ‘yes’ vote & then continue on to vote him out of office. His seat appears to be in play which is a surprise - boy, wouldn’t that be a sweet flip D to R? Not counting chickens before they hatch, however.
I admit, it is depressing to to see what our great nation is morphing into, but, just remember, that is exactly what the enemy, The Democrat, Communist Despot filled, Democrat Party wants for you to be quiet, to give up, give in and obey their commands and exercise of their power over you, your family, your loved ones.
This road that we are on, beginning with our election of POTUS, Donald J. Trump, is not a one time deal, it is more like a developing work of art that requires care and touch-up everyday. This my friend is a protracted conflict with those American haters, the Democrat Party seeking out to destroy our grand Republic and build up their the dream of Despot, Dictators & Big Brother government and control over us peons, whom they hate with passion. You are simply a “deplorable” in their mind, to be put in the corner or gotten rid of, if you fail to obey and heed their every wish. Bottom line: we are still a work in progress.
The Jeff Flakes, the John McCains, The Paul Ryans, The Susan Collins, the Never Trumpers, the Mitt Romneys, the John Kasich’s, etc., must be defeated and replaced by Trump supporters..period!!! This fight continues 7/24/365. At this point...Trump must be supported, protected and be allowed to grow to our & the nation’s benefit. Mr. Trump has faults, not many, but he loves this country and “ALL” of its people. He must be nurtured, supported and know the America people are behind him 100%. Attend that rally tonight!!!
Screw that - he needs to be defeated because even if he votes yes on Kav, he will slink back under Chuckie's desk and we need a few seats to offset Murkowski and Collins.

While many Freepers are angry at this attempt by Democrats to destroy Kavanaugh, Trump is playing just like I predicted to a long time political friend of mine-”Kavanaugh is just the test now, he will be confirmed, but this is just the icing on the cake once Ginberg dies or has to retire, then you are really going to have a fight on your hands!” “I would rather give Trump them 7 days during which time he can have rallies in Red States putting pressure on and defeating those Dems in the midterms.”

I would rather have 57 Senators than 51 Senators, short term for the long term as long as Brett doesn’t crumb like many other nominees in the past.

Nevertheless, about the only thing Trump can do tonight to half way redeem himself for this voter, is to rip into Manchin and Flake... so hard, it hurts. As it is, I think Trump’s voters are hurting with disappointment this past week.
I am disappointed in Trump for the first time... he is not backing his nominee, Judge Kavanaugh, enough and the docs are not released to the public yet.. and he gave in to the delay without a word against, that I heard.. he just cooperated and I don’t want ‘cooperation’ after all the wimps capitulated!
What did Grassley think he was doing for the dems? All they want is to destroy the Judge... and impeach the President.. give them extra time to do just that! What did he think he was doing .. ?!

Sadly...it turns out that Republican, Senator, Chuck Grassley in nothing but another weak sister Republican minus a spine and back bone. I was watching the proceeding yesterday and when 1;30 PM rolled around, Senator Grassley sat there motionless like a deer in the headlights.
Instead he should have called the Judiciary Committee to order and called for the vote right then and there, at 1:30 PM sharp. He never should have let Flack speak...period. However...he waited for some twenty minutes while the Democrats ruled the roost. He was not in control of the committee and let things go without performing his leadership role. I am deeply disappointed in this weak sister, Chuck “I love the Democrat Party” Grassley. Support our POTUS, Trump, he has a backbone and spine and, he will lead us out of this mess caused by RINOs, Never Trumpers, etc. Shame on Senator, Grassley!!!
I was watching it also and thought the same thing... Vote right now.. don’t entertain the interuption.. Grassley also let the dems speak.. long diatribes.. “because there was a lot of emotion and upset in the room . with the dems” who were not getting their way.
After it fell apart, turned the TV off.. could not stand to see wimp capitulate to the ones who were causing the trouble .. for a long time . and have gotten worse/deeper.
I agree with you and think he wants to appear as though he's not interfering in the process too much, knowing that the media is ready to pounce on him for doing so. I'd also like to think he's got something in his back pocket and if this thing gets drawn out past the new deadline, he will unleash it.
Tonight I'd like to hear him call for the release of the congresscritters names who were a part of the 17M slush fund to pay off their sexual abuse accusers.

I love it!!! Ya know, I have been doing my “fiddler-on-roof” routine in my head these last couple of days and, I am beginning to think that Trump has set the Democrats up for a massive fall. It would take me way too long to lay out my thoughts, but, keep these names in mind, Chris Coons, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Rod Rosenstein, Christopher Wray, the FBI, the expanding investigation, Chuck Grassley, etc.
What got me started was two things Trump did, he called Rosenstein, “Rod” in a discussion the other day, and he swooped up to five (5) massive political rallies in seven days next week, starting tonight. The Trump heat is on....stay tuned kiddies!!! West Virginians, I hope you all turn out big time this evening for “the Boss”, POTUS, Trump cause you all are going to witness the master at work. I just got this feeling after doing my right shoulder, left shoulder Fiddler-On-The-Roof routine!!!
