What surprised me is that the NOAA Emergency Weather Alert radio didn't pick up the test. It worked earlier today on the regular weekly test.

I’m Verizon and received the message. I saw a thread on another forum that was saying many people on the Verizon network across the country did not receive the test. In my case, my Tmobile received it and my Verizon phone did not.
