CNN is the gateway news feed of burgeoning fanatics. These people FEED HATE. All you have to do is watch them for 15 minutes to see for yourself. They are catering to the worst fears in liberals and turning them into bombers and gunmen. They rarely ever deal in real facts. They take sound bytes out of context, which is bad, but then they trip straight over the edge of sanity in their dire and dark interpretations of their ‘meaning’, which of course is protected as opinion punditry.
Why is it that these people have been preaching to the fears and hate of half the country for over two years, and none of the things that they prognosticate through implication DO NOT COME TRUE?
They don’t deal in facts, nor reality.
Actually, that statement needs correction on both parts.
They do deal in facts. They sprinkle them in where needed to try to add credibility to their dark and angry froth. They are usually citing something said or something that happened, then they take those tidbits of truth and run off the cliff.
They do deal with reality. A constructed on. A carefully crafted world of looming threats to people’s existences. It’s a reality that they don’t just build, but they hone like a lens, emotionally, at their enemy.
