The Maunder Minimum does not produce a full blown ice age....whatever the heck that is. The Maunder Minimum produces what is called a mini ice age.....that has extreme cold and long winters but glaciation is not as great
Since a time with severe glaciation is much longer than recorded history there is no way to know if people survived.
All countrys survived ice ages else earth would have no dry land
How is a scientist allowed to question this? I thought it was universally accepted as fact and to even question warming means you are not scientific....can n9t compute.

Wow. Rivers froze. That is nothing compared to what is coming. No country has ever survived a full blown ice age.
Who is claiming an imminent ice age?
What is being claimed is an imminent, like starting today, Maunder-like minimum (aka, Eddy minimum, aka ManBearPig minimum) and lasting thru the next 75-150 years.
The next ice age is probably on schedule, to hit in about 10,000 years.
Two different animals.
They are claiming a Marauder Minimum. That cannot happen now. It must be much worse, simply due to the stupid ape factor. They have been attempting to cool this planet for decades. Add that into the stupid models and you might get a snowball Earth. The human component to warming was helping, but that little bit has been far out weighed by numerous stupid ape factors even worse than the actual intended cooling projects.
