I agree but the actual behaviors and feelings are in the same league as the two I mentioned.And while the media and peer pressure Don”t advertise bipolar I taught a Korean American bipolar girl in JHS. She traveled between honor student and gang girl. Her parents wanted nothing to do with treatments. We tried handling it and gave her leeway on some behaviors. At least three other kids tried to emulate her figuring they too could act out.

When it comes to transgender - almost ALL of the psychologists pander to the delusions of these kids. (”Okay, well we’ve talked for two sessions. Here’s a scrip for some hormone pills. Take two and call me in the morning.”)
And the the few that DO speak out against just taking the kid’s own diagnosis at face value - they stay anonymous.
Which of course is frustrating for those trying to find help for a loved one.
