A Dutch pensioner has started a legal battle to legally change his age and boost his dating prospects. Emile Ratelband, 69, wants to shift his birthday from 11 March 1949 to 11 March 1969, comparing the change to identifying as being transgender.
"You can change your name. You can change your gender. Why not your age?" he told Dutch paper De Telegraaf.

This moron will have to return his pension benefits after the ‘age change’, will he not?
If he went the transgender route instead, wouldn’t he forever be 29 anyway?

Imagine meeting the young father of a young date. That’s where things would get fun. “Hi, Dad!” ;-D
The minute the state recognizes his age at less-than-the-pension level...the pension will end. I think his suspicion is that the authorities will think long and hard about this and realize the impact.
You could easily have a 12-year old kid go and approach a lawyer, with the opposite situation...wanting the authorities to recognize him as being ‘18’....thus being open for a driver’s license. Or perhaps obtaining a gun permit, hunter’s license, etc.
But his point is that they are already faking the system by blinking and saying a man can be a woman, or a woman could become a man.....so he’s just going the one extra step.
All crooks can become juvenile offenders.

Ah hell, guy. Why don’t you ask to change your name and gender to that of “Dutch Oven”? Go for it bro. You’d make the Guinness Book of Records if they could stop laughing long enough to enter it.
Otherwise, you could change your identification to be a “Holland Dyke”.
I would think it wiser for a 49 year old to change his age to 69 so he can start collecting full Social Security benefits.
Last year he successfully sued to lower his I.Q.
