I left for vacation on Wednesday somewhat pleased about the election results, all things considered. I've been checking back in with the news periodically and am increasingly disturbed by what's going on in Florida and Arizona. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Democrats never accept defeat, ever.
If I read my Twitter feed, it's incredible the amount of fraud and ballot stuffing going on in Broward county in detailed specifics. But, if I wade into leftist Twitter, it's like a different universe. "No evidence of voter fraud", "the president is undermining our elections", etc. It's as flabbergasting as it is infuriating.
Has the left become so corrupt that they believe all their lies and contradictions? Or, is it like the con man knows that no matter whether you get caught red-handed and no matter how preposterous the lie is, you never give up the con?
In Arizona, I do not understand how the wires called the race for McSally if there were 400k ballots were still uncounted. That's something like 25% of the total ballots cast if true. Yet, Trump is right - how come these late votes ALWAYS favor the Democrats?
I don't know where this is headed, but it's not good. We cannot get them to agree with us on self-evident corruption let alone extremely dubious tends since chaotic government helps them. We're closely divided with them electorally, and if we leave any margin for error, we lose.
Our media are the Democrat foxes watching the electoral hen house. Social media giants are putting their thumbs on the scales against us. Corporations are getting bullied by fascist mobs into marginalizing us or turning our business away. Our country and culture is getting destroyed through waves and waves legal and illegal immigrants. Our kids are indoctrinated with propaganda in our schools.
Literally all the most powerful forces in the country are arrayed against us. If not for Trump, we'd surely be finished by now, but even still, I have to wonder if America isn't already finished, and we're fighting for something that doesn't even really exist anymore. My greatest fear isn't that this country is done but done in every way but politically and that we'll just become a 50 state prison of leftist hell that will look like California at first, gradually Venezuela and then perhaps something even worse.
I keep thinking about Ben Franklin's quotes about virtue, "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters." Sound like any people you know? Where do you guys see this headed?

If it was not the case, then we would see the DOJ and the FBI all over this. Police in action, and things moving forward. But we are not. Instead we are helplessly standing bay watching the death throes of a once great nation turn into a full-on tyrannical dictatorship.

As we correctly cheered our troops fighting in Vietnam and the Middle East, the real enemy was a domestic one, here at home. Since the mid 60s, illegal immigration has changed our demographics, our school systems have been infiltrated by the left and our children have become victims of a debased culture. In short we blew it and I’m not sure we can get it back without a fight.

Your assessment is totally correct. As you stated, not sure we can recapture a lost republic.
If we had elected Trump in 1988 instead of GHW Bush we might have stopped it.
We are now over 30 million illegal aliens down the road to becoming North Mexico.
We have been fighting off amnesty attempt after amnesty attempt.
The election of Trump is the last chance.
Build the wall, deport them all.

The two parties understand "voting" and "elections" very differently. As soon as David Boies pled "voter intent" to overcome mere arithmetical counting of votes as the thing that conferred legitimacy, the America that existed before was over.
The current Democrat position is the same as the French revolutionaries, which is that voting is merely one of a number of popular demonstrations to support the General Will, which is superior to all popular demonstrations, INCLUDING VOTING.
This logic was further developed in Lenin's 1902 work What is to be done?, which was basically plagiarized 102 years later by Thomas Frank in What's the Matter With Kansas?.
What it all amounts to is that, since the working class is suffering from False Consciousness, that when the Left wins elections, false consciousness has been overcome, but when they lose, the result is invalid because mere arithmetical counting of votes cannot truly reflect the will, or the intent, of the majority.
This is what we are dealing with now. The bureaucracy, the Deep State, the Permanent Government, whatever you want to call it, is no longer able to be turned out by voting, because they do not accept an adverse result and have the will and the means to resist.
They have the power and the intent to prevent our winning, so if we are to prevail, it will have to be by means other than elections.
