Can't get back on. All I get is offers for new account.
Can’t do it. Keeps saying I got the letters wrong.
Asking me a bunch of questions and for some code that I don’t have! HELP! I get work assignments through that account!

try logging in with a different device. Also try using another email to email yourself, if it doesn’t bounce the account is there, but the password may have been changed.

Companies send an unlocking code to a cell phone you previously identified in the account setup to prevent a hacker from gaining access to your account by pretending to be you. The hacker would not have your cell phone, so he would not get the unlocking code.
