First try using a different browser.
Then use outlook.com same as hotmail
Make sure you use cookies.
Reset password
If none of that works.

Found this:
(866) 672-4551 (Choose to speak with a billing representative and upgrade to Hotmail Plus ($20 a year)) Once you do that, they will work with you to get your password reset.

try logging in with a different device. Also try using another email to email yourself, if it doesn’t bounce the account is there, but the password may have been changed.

Hotmail disappeared a long time ago. I used to have a Hotmail e-mail account. I don't bother with it anymore. Texting has replaced e-mail.

Many thanks everyone. They finally relented. The code had come through my phone but I didn’t realize that. But they restored it anyway. Why do they do this to us? Thx thx thx.

Mine did. Years ago. They wanted me to switch to another provider. I didn’t.

As you get older two things happen:

You start to hate change more and more.

Things change more and more.

It’s got to be SOMEplace.

Where did you leave it?

Did you look EVERYwhere?

Maybe somebody borrowed it, and you forgot.

Truer words are seldom spoken.

Companies send an unlocking code to a cell phone you previously identified in the account setup to prevent a hacker from gaining access to your account by pretending to be you. The hacker would not have your cell phone, so he would not get the unlocking code.

NINA: And they call it the World Wide Web. You can e-mail anyone!

JERRY: (Mesmerized) What are you, a scientist?!

NINA: Ah, I gotta go. (Gets up to leave)

JERRY: Ah.

NINA: It’s great talkin’

JERRY: Great talkin’ to you. (Nina leaves. To himself) What the hell is e-mail?

If you’re getting the same page I am, just click “sign in” in top right corner.

It will take you back to the old page.
