Police: Ohio man claims bathroom emergency is why he ran from officers (Barf mugshot)

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Austintown police said they arrested two people early Monday morning after a short car chase and struggle with officers.
Officers said they found a running car sitting in the middle of the road on First Street just after 4 a.m. on Monday.
When the police cruiser turned onto First Street, officers said the car sped off, causing the front tires to spin out of control.
