Disrespectful to Spatchcocking.
I have to say, I watched one show with my wife and thought the writing was, well, not writing but sophomoric drivel. It was terrible and actually, so was the acting. One trite line after another. And she’s a bloated mess.

That applies, IMO, equally to Big Bang Theory. The triteness is masked by a studio audience trained to laugh loudly at every line spoken, including ‘hello’ and ‘goodbye.’ And the BBT is one of the top shows on TV. Go figure.

The sophomoric writers threw the word, “spatchcock” in because it sounds naughty. They had no clue how it’s done so had Brown wave around a spatula and not a butcher knife.
