Thanks to one senator (Jeff Flake) who apparently refuses to read Antonin Scalia's dissent in Morrison, which, incidentally, Elena Kagan says gets better every year.
Jeff Flake's legislative and obstructive power ends in 27 days.
After Flake, the excuse will be no appointments while impeachment in process.
These RINOS sure work hard to do nothing.
Why don’t they simply REMOVE his carcass from the Senate Judiciary Committee and REPLACE him with someone else?
Then some other fake Republican or two will do the blocking.
What an unmitigated ass for our side.

The CONgress is a Uniparty.
The FlaKKKe situation (Mormon Barbie Cr@ps Her Mueller Panties!) should have been resolved by booting him off the Senate Judiciary Scummittee.
If the Pubbies don't use their increase in numbers to simply ram these nominees down the throats of the DemoKKKrats in the new CONgress, we'll know that we've been sold down the river by the Uniparty.
Coupled with The Big Orange County Steal out in Carolinafornia and attempting to prosecute President Trump, his family and his staff for winning the 2016 election, I think we have all we need to start the REAL Resistance.
How about including “The Wall” when you’re posting this !
