Judge Sullivan: This Is Your Time - Deliver the Hammer Blow to Obama's Police State

The FBI interview of General Flynn conducted by Peter Strzok, revealed in redacted form this evening, was based on a transcript obtained from illegal surveillance, via unlawful FISA warrants, as well as illegal unmasking of General Flynn. In addition, as Rex explains, the FBI abused General Flynn's constitutional rights, in the way they lured the General into a meeting, under false pretenses. If that's how Judge Sullivan views what's happened, he will stand up tomorrow and put an end to these police state tactics, for the good of The Republic.

This evening, the original F302 of the 24 January 2017 interview between General Flynn and FBI agents Strzok & Pientka was publicly released, in redacted form, under an order by Judge Emmet Sullivan.

It is interesting to note that these documents were originally filed by Mueller's SC under seal. Mueller did not want them made public. Judge Sullivan disagreed.

Ain’t that the truth.

...and make the DOJ award Flynn major monetary damages.

...and indict Mueller and his flying monkeys.

1. The transcript was not from illegal FISA surveillance. It was from a wiretap of Kislyak, not Flynn -- and there is no need to obtain a warrant to wiretap a foreign diplomat.

2. From what I've read tonight, the unmasking of Flynn was NOT illegal because the communications in question were being conducted outside the U.S. while Flynn was on vacation in the Dominican Republic.

With each passing day I'm getting more convinced that Flynn is an 'effing moron, not a victim of a malicious prosecution.

Uh, no.

Item #1 is factually correct. Item #2 was discussed by Dan Bongino this evening. Is he a DOJ shill?

“With each passing day I’m getting more convinced that Flynn is an ‘effing moron, not a victim of a malicious prosecution.”

Still I find it extremely troublesome that the top law enforcement agency willfully entraps a person, (even an effing moron), who has committed no crime, into a process crime so that they can extort him into “confessing” to whatever they want him to.

True, but all indications are that Flynn confessed to nothing other than lying. It looks like his "cooperation" with Mueller in exchange for this plea deal only resulted in a bunch of other bullish!t charges against even more foreign lobbyists.

This whole thing is turning into a joke.

Totally agree with your post!!!

Our endangered republic indeed needs another hero (besides President Trump) and Judge Sullivan has the perfect opportunity to step forward to make a stand for justice and due process!!!

Please, Judge Sullivan, order Mule Face and his flunkeys to make restitution to Flynn and essentially blow this insane
politically motivated persecution to smithereens!!!

“The transcript was not from illegal FISA surveillance. It was from a wiretap of Kislyak, not Flynn — and there is no need to obtain a warrant to wiretap a foreign diplomat”

Wrong. Flynn was unmasked illegally. And the surveillance was predicated on the FBI/CIA subterfuge operation with the falsely created “dossier”.

This was a full abuse of Flynn’s legal rights as a US citizen. Even worse, it was a vile political abuse. The intel agencies were not uncovering some “threat” to the USA. They were using the tools meant to safeguard us to conduct surveillance and interference with legitimate political opposition.

I vote moron as well. Anybody that talks “with candor” to a dipshit like Stroke without White House Counsel right there every step of the way - that’s a moron.

1. The surveillance of Kislyak wasn't predicated on anything. Foreign diplomats -- EVEN THOSE FROM ALLIES OF THE U.S. -- are routinely wiretapped by U.S. intelligence agencies.

2. The story surrounding the Clinton-FBI-Fusion GPS dossier is an outrage, but it appears to be a completely different issue. I've seen no evidence that the Flynn case has anything to do with that.

“This whole thing is turning into a joke.”

Hardly a joke if you’re Flynn, Trump, and all the others that are being terrorized by this corrupt Department of inJustice!

I certainly hope that Sullivan sees through this contemptible travesty, releases Flynn and somehow punishes the whole putrid swamp.

It appears that Flynn is a moron who ended up working way above his pay grade. Trump doesn’t appear to be “terrorized” at all. If anything, Flynn betrayed him by working a side job as a foreign lobbyist while serving as a senior national security adviser in the Trump campaign.

At the very least they entrapped him. Stupid of him to talk to them from the DR? Maybe. But it still smacks of an FBI that was never even this power-hungry when J. Edgar Hoover led it. And that’s saying something.

Bottom line, it is illegal for one reason you have missed. Ask any cop what a “pretext” stop is. The cop looks at your car and wants to search your trunk for dope. He has no legitimate reasonable suspicion, so he stops you for going 56 miles an hour in a 55 zone.

It is known as a “pretext” and if a judge figures out you were intent all along to search for dope, he may toss the case. The reason is that your entire “investigation” was a farce and a lie. Fruit of the poison tree and all.

This was not a legitimate national security investigation, part of an honest effort with an honest goal. It was a coup attempt and an illegal effort to use “national security” to suppress political opponents.

It is the worst kind of civil rights abuse imaginable besides machine gunning people at the side of a ditch.
