In the clip, Scarborough makes comments about welfare that would be called racist today. The second half of the clip is from MSNBC, where he says Trump and his supporters are using racism in the 2018 Election, and it's hard not to judge people who vote Republican.
IS their a reason we should care about what Joe said in 1995 or even today?
