FRANCE will not be dragged into a “stupidity contest” with Italy, Emmanuel Macron’s European Affairs Minister Nathalie Loiseau has warned, after Rome’s populist leaders launched a string of stinging verbal attacks on the French President. Relations have become strained since Italy’s far-right League and anti-establishment 5-Star Movement took power last June, and began hitting out at France’s pro-EU leader.

Nor should they because it’s abundantly obvious that France would win.
Go Italy!
France didn’t want to be seen punching down in the stupidity contest. Macron’s France is the stupid champion of the world and proud of it.
Trump needs to take a winners lap through Poland, Hungary, Austria and Italy. Shore up those Europeans who want to remain European. Give them our 100% support.
Talk is cheap. Italy is still taking in migrants.
