The point is to sell an automobile. Discuss the performance of the auto, what to expect, safety, etc. If societal matters are integrated, why not bring genders together and create harmony rather than division. The feminists who create these ads would never show female jerks, however, and advertising is one vehicle, excuse the pun, that has been hijacked by the left.
Not like the Gillette ad at all. It’s a joke. It made me laugh.
I know a couple of white males like that dude. One found a chick as drugged up and out-of-touch as he is.
VW Beetles, Golfs, Jettas and Tiguans are marketed to and bought by youngish females. Rationality isn’t the best way to sell.

Ah...advertising. Through observation, I have come up with my own Madison Avenue advertising hierarchy.
From last place to first, it lists the level at which certain demographics can be safely ridiculed in advertisements. Let's call them the Power Rankings. The lower on the list, the more dangerous it is to ridicule:

Ain’t that the truth. According to the ads, most Caucasian grandparents all of a sudden have at least one token minority grandchild. Reality is slipping from our grasp.
Maybe male bashing, but look deeper. Maybe if she treated him more like a person than a pet to control and train like an unthinking animal, he wouldn’t have retreated into virtual reality in order to retain his sanity. Just a thought. . .
