Prince Philip won't face charges in connection with a car collision that left two women injured, British prosecutors said Thursday. The decision came just days after Buckingham Palace said the 97-year-old royal would stop driving. The husband of Queen Elizabeth II was driving a Land Rover near the royal family's Sandringham estate in eastern England when he smashed into another car on Jan. 17. Philip needed help to get out of the vehicle, but he wasn't injured. Two women in the other car were injured, but not seriously. A 9-month-old child in the car was unhurt. Both Philip and the other driver were given breath tests and passed.

It gets worse. They're claiming he died but the crash brought him back to life, sigh. https://www.newidea.com.au/us-publication-claims-prince-philip-died-during-shock-car-crash
I assumed they had a chauffeur.
As Gomer Pyle used to say, “Surprise, surprise, surprise.”
It’s great to be royalty.
And we’ll never be Royals......
Will he pay damages?.................
Prince Philip is a cranky old guy who is known to ditch his security. They were following not far behind him.
He got an exact replacement for the cheap Land Rover that was totaled. It was delivered the next day.
The Queen still takes off alone too, but at least she drives a high end Range Rover.
Once a king, always a king.
But once a knight is not enough..................
The Queen often cannot be bothered to buckle her seat belt.
“We are not predisposed to pursuing that task at this time.”
Must be a king.
Why?
He hasn’t got s___ all over him.
At least Prnce Philip needs a driver license. The Queen doesn’t need one.
In the Netflix series The Crown they show him tearassing around drunk on his butt in a sports car in several scenes.
“It’s good to be king!” Or something to that affect.
He gave up his drivers license for public roads but he can still drive on private roads.
“And we’ll never be Royals...”
The Millennials’ national anthem! Made famous by Weird Al’s “Foil”.
Anyway, RHIP.
