Please let me share something from years of observation. First... from the atom up everything is electromagnetism. Everything is an electromagnet including ourselves. The true mass of our own selves can fit on the head of a pin and the balance is space.
Gravity = electromagnetism. Crystal Piezoelectricity influences included.
Go take a multimeter and put it on ANYTHING physical and you will get a reading in both A/C and DC. These are not there? These readings of anything crystalline or conductive do not exist from the ether it’s self?
It’s there... The needle moves when it should not by what we are taught...
No problem, they will not work.
The Soviets dismissed stealth technology and allowed the physicist to publish his papers on it on the open network. Lockheed hired the guy to help develop the F117 fighter based upon his theories and equations. The rest as they say is HISTORY

And I’m not so sure that that mass isn’t just energy too.
I recall when Western sources noted the article in a Soviet publication and it was translated and published by the USAF. There was speculation that the Soviets were trying to develop a way to neutralize radar. In truth, the Soviets had permitted the publication because they regarded the subject as having no practical application. Fortunately, Lockheed and the USAF were already at work on the F-117.
Yes it is... Energy is also mass. And the like kind atomic/molecular magnetic fields repel against each other, this creates the space or attract to create mass. And it is all at frequencies and resonance that create/use a base energy field. SOUND and Electromagnetic fields.
An electromagnetic “carrier wave” coupled with physical sound waves per say...
Sound is the factor we are after in this... EVERYTHING also produces sonic waves.
The thing doesn’t have to work in order to get a patent........................
Why is this even being made public? To motivate the Russians and ChiComs to focus resources more into this research?

Judging by your username you may have some knowledge about the elements? Why that particular combination? I am familiar with each but not as a combination?
