Kim Foxx's Embarrassing OMG Moment in the Jussie Smollett Case
The Chicago Tribune ^ | March 14, 2019 | John Kass

As TV actor and want-to-be-victim Jussie Smollett pleaded not guilty on Thursday to staging his very own fake hate crime, I thought about someone else on trial in this case:

Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx.

The state’s attorney hasn’t been charged with anything and won’t be. She doesn’t have a formal role in the Smollett fake-hate-crime case, now that she’s recused herself owing to a conflict of interest. But she stands in the court of public opinion after a remarkable Tribune story by reporters Megan Crepeau and Jeremy Gorner.

It is an account of how Foxx was contacted in the Smollett case by a politically connected lawyer close to Chicago’s most prominent political families, the Obamas and Emanuels. That lawyer, Tina Tchen, was chief of staff for former first lady Michelle Obama, and she is a friend of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s wife, Amy Rule. Tchen was apparently a go-between for someone in the Smollett family.

Comment from a Chicago Police Blog (Second City Cop):

We've been pointing out for a couple years now the all-around incompetency of Crimesha Fauxx and her office of clowns. Her disregard for the Law as written, her making up thresholds and bars to jump over for charging, her complicity in releasing felons and those charged with felonies onto the street to further victimize the "community."

And the silence of the media in being the supposed "watchdog."

Did they rename the Courthouse to honor Jussie while he was inside? Seems like a perfect opportunity.

Is this what is referred to as a “crash and burn”? /sarcasm

Smollett might have had more success if he’d included Russians in the fake attack, and somehow linked it to Trump’s 2016 campaign. Just saying. Then, the FBI could have helped him cover for any mistakes in his story.

Photo accompanying the story is priceless. Looks like a drag queen who got dressed in the dark.

Our ‘urban’ politicians (I won’t call them leaders) all seem to adopt that vacant hangdog knitted-brow expression that is apprently meant to convey sincerity and/or a grasp of the issues. It was memorably displayed by the mayor of Baltimore and Dem ‘rising star’ Marilyn Mosby, whose star was summarily lowered when her prosecutions failed spectacularly.

We knew there would be nothing made of this, he’s black gay and in Hollywood, like the college scams going on and the political crimes perpetrated by the rats, protected classes have a free pass to commit any crime and get away with it. Jesse is a “victim” of white privilege, racism bigotry, and homophobia

Now on to being serious.
She's crashed. Here's the burn...

“Spoke to the Superintendent Johnson,” Foxx said in an email to Tchen on Feb. 1 obtained by reporters. “I convinced him to Reach out to FBI to ask that they take over the investigation.”

She just burned Superintendent Johnson!

This isn't about him, it's about her.

Should that be zem? Or even zim?
Damn non-binary pronoun BS!
How about Dem?

Yeah, that's the ticket.

The fact that Smollett was investigated by a police department led by an African American superintendent and is being prosecuted by a county prosecutor’s office led by an African American in a city that will soon have another African American mayor (the leading mayoral candidate according to the polls is also an open lesbian) seems to undercut Smollett’s arguments as to be a victim of white privilege, bigotry and racism in his criminal case.

In Chicago, the black plague is going to get worse with a black mayor.

Foxx has close ties to the Obama’s and Rahm Emmanual. She is a Demonratic party hack. So there it is....and kudos to the Chicago Tribune for making this connection public. But will the rest of the drive by media report this fact? Not holding my breath.

I’d love to see the Denver Post report on Democrat corruption here in Colorado but that’s never going to happen.

This is troubling....it means the FBI is still answering to the Obamas and will do their bidding.

Jussie’s choreographed attack is a lot more plausible than the Steele Dossier. You’re right, Jussie should have have paid for FBI hacks rather than Nigerian rednecks.

Kind of looks like Moochelle.

Honestly, the incompetency of people succeeding as politicians and running large cities just blows my mind.
