Filing a false report - State

Illegal use of the mail through the letter he got - Federal

"Foxx and friends" wanted everything to go to the Feds even when the filing a false report is a State level crime.

Wait and see what the Feds do, if and when they even take up a case against him, before you decide the FBI is still answering to the Obamas.

Remember, the source of the letter is still being...ahem...determined.

I understand the letter would be a Federal charge but from what I’ve read, Foxx wanted them to turn the case (lynching and beating) over to the Feds. They told her “no”. Given her connection to Obama’s friend who contacted her on behalf of the Obamas and the Emanuels, wouldn’t the implication be that the Obamas and Emanuels were looking for a particular outcome? Otherwise, why would they bother?

That's not accurate.

Per the article...“Spoke to the Superintendent Johnson,” Foxx said in an email to Tchen on Feb. 1 obtained by reporters. “I convinced him to Reach out to FBI to ask that they take over the investigation.”

He apparently did accommodate her request. She "convinced him" cough, cough (threatened him) /supposition on my part to do it which means that he did request them to come in and they denied the request. (which is why he is being tried in Cook County Criminal Court instead of a Federal Court)

Okay, that’s different than what I read yesterday. The article I read said her request was denied and she was made to recuse herself from the entire matter. Who the heck knows.

Which is probably why someone at CPD leaked that Smollett’s storyline was falling apart. They had to get the truth out in the open before Obama/Tchen/Foxx/Johnson had a chance to control (bury) the narrative.

Same here in Raleigh, NC. The News and Observer (otherwise known as the News and Disturber) will never report, for instance, that Roy Cooper’s election was done by voter irregularities in Durham, NC and probably elsewhere.

That means the Chicago PD, specifically Superintendent Johnson, did indeed do that very thing. She convinced him to do it. Past tense, meaning him contacting the FBI had already been done.
And he may going to get in trouble for doing it since she burned him in the email.

This case is of major importance.

A gay black man planned and executed a hate crime hoax to demonize white people and those who voted for Trump.

Every Democratic Media outlet accepted his story as fact without question and without verification.

Once they were forced to report the facts they began to make excuses for him and distract us from what happened with claims about 'real hate crimes'.

Now people behind the scenes are trying to make this case disappear.

If we take our eyes off this case for a second they will make this case disappear.
