The leaders have been around for decades. Many of the same people in Ferguson were in the thick of the Rodney King riots. That’s a fact, not speculation.
But wrt Ferguson, Obama’s Holder/ Lynch DOJ had their backs & cheered them on.

One year, ~80% of the shotees had been arrested within the previous 5 years in conjunction with another person for B&E, burglary, etc.
