A jury says a South Carolina father should be executed for killing his five children.
The jury unanimously agreed on the death penalty Thursday for 37-year-old Timothy Jones Jr. in the slayings of his children, ages 1 to 8, in their Lexington home in August 2014.

If SC authorities have any questions on procedure, they can call the TX authorities. I’m sure we’ll point them in the right direction.
Justice served. Maybe this state will reconsider using a firing squad. I believe a real firing squad is trained for all gunmen to fire at once, meaning no one will ever know whose bullet actually did the killing. This, to ease the conscience of the gunmen involved. There should be no audience of reporters and/or activists.
I bet opioid drugs were involved.
Don’t need a firing squad: I would have no problem shooting the bastard point blank. Only need one round.

I think they just hang the bastard...Not from a gallows where they drop him and break his neck, but just hang him his feet about a foot off the ground watch him squirm and thrash until dead...
Or maybe let him down just before death and then haul his ass back after he gets his breath back and do it again...

She DID leave him, but she must’ve had one really awful Lawyer for this nutjob to even get ANY unsupervised custody of those kids!
Secondly, where was she during the NINE DAYS he was driving around with their bodies in his car?
I’m NOT blaming the victim (Mom) in this case, but some important stuff seems to be missing.

IIRC they are members of some cult. He gas lighted her, making her believe that she is not a fit parent and she wound up relinquishing custody.
All of that being said I think if they just put him in the prison’s general population justice will be served.
