If we get into extended combat with Iran then the next election becomes all about that. And the fickle electorate puts Bernie, Elizabeth or Kamala in the White House and overlooks their blatant socialist programs.

Iran as the ‘number one sponsor of terriorists’ is a statement of the same integrity as ‘Republicans want their slaves back’ or ‘Russia is the number one oppressor of LGBT rights’.
You can still hear all three ideas all the time despite the fact that they are factually false.
Nobody says Iran is perfect. It did wrong things, still do it and will do it further.
But it is not close to a number one source of terrorism.
If Al-Qaeda or ISIS are telling you something Iran is actually fighting militarily against them unlike many US allies who support them.
And even if it was the biggest sponsor of terror it doesn’t justify the war. It doesn’t take much brain to identify the real thing but nobody argues for war with them. They are US allies and the enemies of Iran at the same time.
And as people with senses on thread mentioned the only things to achieve with the little victorious war on Iran is that it would maintain a regime but US would certainly have a new president after the election.
So you think being the number one sponsor or terrorism in the world is nothing. You think hundreds of Americans both military, civilian and agents killed is nothing.

No, I don't but if it weren't for some divine intervention we would have president hillary today. We were that close to the end.
All I can say is if the President is coerced into war with Iran he will not be reelected and the forces behind Irans provocative actions are right here in the US. The deep state has already delivered a plane load of untraceable cash and it would be a simple matter to convince Iran that whatever damage might be done in a limited strike will be more than made up for once the deep state is back in power in 2020.
You nitwits can sling insults all you want but the reality is the Presidents actions fully support my position. The President knows this is a setup and deep state forces are behind it. There was never going to be a strike on Iran. Pelosi and company were dancing a jig when they thought for sure they had tricked trump into an election losing action. Unfortunately for pelosi and the deep state forces here and around the globe President Trump is much much smarter than them.
It is nothing compared to the threat on our soil. We lose President Trump and we lose the country. We are being invaded on our own soil. We have huge swaths of idiots who are going to vote clamoring for socialism and perfectly willing to vote for a communist to get it. We are in serious $hit right here and the only thing keeping the war from being right here in our own country is President Trump. Iran is does not even register on the scale of danger to our nation.
