The older guy in red shirt was carrying concealed. After woman behind the counter shot the bad guy, red shirt guy took away bad guy’s revolver, and then takes out his own semi auto.
I would guess it’s a tough neighborhood.

He was one of the cashiers, didn’t you notice he’s wearing the same store issued T-shirt? It looked like he was carrying the bank drop satchel too, which looked like what the stupid robber was trying to grab. Probably was the store mgr or proprietor.
I bet the punk even knew he was armed. Did the punk give the guy his pack to keep his hands occupied? First place he went to on the guy was to search the waist belt.
The writing on the door looks Spanish or something. Lots of these shooting videos come from S. America. There is a guy on-line that does reviews of the videos.

..my goodness...! you mean somebody actually used a handgun (gasp...!) to thwart an armed robbery and perhaps save the lives of a couple of innocent shopkeepers...??!! aren’t we always being told that “gun violence” is always WRONG and if all guns were basically confiscated this sort of thing would be just an artifact of a violent American past....? actually, I think this pond-scum robber got just what he deserved... sad to say but I hope he did not get up off that floor under his own power.... !!
