Gilroy Shooter Promoted Social Darwinist Screed
Anti Defamation League ^ | Jul 30, 2019

Might is Right, or The Survival of the Fittest is a book most people have never even heard of, but it has had an enduring history on the fringes of American thought and ideology. Originally published in Chicago in 1896, it has been reprinted many times over the past 125 years, including online and as an audiobook. The identity of “Ragnar Redbeard” is not known with certainty, though most credit an obscure writer named Arthur Desmond with authorship (a few claim noted author Jack London had a role in its writing, but there is little evidence to support it).

The book, only a hundred pages long, uses sensationalistic language to make a Social Darwinist argument in favor of self-interest and the primacy of the individual. Along the way, it attacks Christianity and Judaism, as religions that weaken people; non-Anglo-Saxons, as lesser races; women, as greatly inferior beings compared to men; urban-dwellers, as weak creatures; and the American concept of government based on the notion that all people are created equal.

I've read through not one, but several 'manifestos' of these shooters - all available online including the diary entries of Eric Harris from Columbine, Elliot Rodger of Santa Barbara, Brenton Tarrant of New Zealand, etc...

ALL of them employ some form of Darwinian logic to their thinking - as well as the language of natural selection and survival of the fittest.

The proliferation of Darwin's ideas regarding the natural world has had devastating consequences for the modern, civilized world -- the world over.

From Nazism to the communism to abortion and eugenics, to the displacement of a Biblical worldview from the American public education system -- we continue to reap the consequences of this atheistic, zero sum game mentality about the order of the world we inhabit.

It's especially toxic to inculcate such notions about the universe to impressionable young minds at the start of puberty -- coming into their own in a culture already devoid of a common identity and moral center.

We need to put God (of the Bible) first, especially in the Western world.

Don’t focus on their words.

Focus on their actions.

If a charlatan says 2+2=4 he’s still correct.

The Gilroy Shooter was a muzzie sympathizer.

That’s why the MSM dropped the story like yesterdays garbage.

Same with the Dayton Shooter. Only he was a bona fide liberal. He didn’t fit the typical white male nationalist/supremacist pattern, so they dismissed with the usual BS lies and propaganda.

But the El Paso shooter? Yeah. They are still spewing lies and blaming Trump for what was another result of liberal hatred gone bad.

The fact is - liberals OWN the hatred, violence and mass murders they are committing.

Gilroy event sure got covered up fast...

When it happened, media, especially FOX NEWS was lost and reporting nonsense, and had terrible coverage.

Interrupted a good MARK LEVIN SHOW..

I see nowhere any of these freaks having Trump’s ideals yet Trump gets blamed for their actions.

Darwin takes away the fear of death. Hey. Just exercising my genetic superiority, gulp. The belief in souls and spirits has a strong affect on the living. Makes one stop for a minute and ponder their actions.

It was an ‘inspirational text’ cited by Anton LaVey in his own book. Satanists are supremacists, whether you see tgem as ‘white exclusive’ or not.

The theory of evolution is descriptive, not prescriptive.

I'm not sure why any religious person would fear understanding the world around them.

Outlawing prayer in the government schools: Before that, none of this; after that, this.

As I recall, he was a shipyard worker who put his icon inside bulkheads before they were sealed, creating future head scratching.

Well it became a big enough thing during WWII for it to still be a thing in the mid 80s for sons of WWII veterans.

Nietzsche prostituted Darwin’s idea of “survival of the fittest” and the Nazi’s prostituted Nietzsche’s “supermen” idea to justify their mass murder. Men always become monsters when they make themselves gods because the end point is their own will. It explains why Stalin, Hitler, Mao, et al always suppress religion.
