Warden reassigned WHY NOT FIRED!!!! Give me a damn break!!! NO ONE in government ever loses a damn job for ANYTHING and WE pay their salaries!!! I am beyond FED UP!!!
courts have determine if you are on permanent status at work the agency cannot fire you if there is an investigation. The investigation is part of due process and you get an appeal. So you cannot withhold pay from someone before you find they did something wrong and that’s what; the investigation is for.
In some cases employees are not wanted at work till you determine what happened. Those are cases in which administrative leave is used during the investigation while they sit at home.
I don’t invent it, but i understand it. i put dozens of employees on paid leave especially after serious incidents or of they were suspect of doing wrong with inmates. Cops after shooting are on admin leave pending an investigation.
We couldn’t afford to risk having them around till we cleared or fired them.
It’s racism! Why else would they blame someone with an obvious IQ of 165...

In other words, a paid vacation and a promotion.

After seeing who the warden is, the theory that it was a case of massive incompetence and/or corruption just shot to the top.
Proper action - ensure she isn’t in the middle of the investigations and able to steer them or keep changing the playing field...same with the guards - also keeps physical contact with any potential info from occurring by those being investigated....probably a few more in on it but likely just had a “Three Monkey’s” role....
I read that article a couple of days ago. It was Epstein who “won” the lottery, one day before he was convicted back in 2008. No one came forward to claim the prize as it was paid to Zorro Trust. The article went on to link Epstein and Zorro trust in various transactions. Another poster mentioned that Whitey Bolger once won a large lottery prize. Things that make you go hmm!
Epstein ‘news’ of being in on the scam of lottery winnings is separate.
The tweet I saw regarding winning a lottery day after Epstein ‘offed himself’ was in direct connection with one of the jail guards watching him. But it may have been a joke.
Rudy G was in charge of the federal prison system at one time and saw MCC being built. He says it is inconceivable that Epstein’s jail guards were not watching him, So one of the lines of speculation is in connection with these guards. They have a right to remain silent but Barr needs to lower the hammer on them and find any ANY pretext for investigating them including their bank accounts and any family member or friend’s bank accounts. Problem is that it’s really difficult to get a warrant for that unless you’re a democrat.
