Sadly, almost none of the photo links work. It’s almost like someone doesn’t want normal Americans to remember the truth.
I bet every single one of us remembers where they were that morning.
With the first tower I was in the kitchen with a cup of coffee packing my lunch for work with the morning new on. I thought, “My God, what a horrible accident.” Driving to work it didn’t make any sense for an airliner to be in that airspace at that altitude. In my office the second one hit and it was crystal clear this was no accident.
I posted my annual retelling of my whereabouts on the Freeper Canteen thread. I’d link to it, but I’m on my iPad right now. That stuff is easier to do when I get to a pc.

Last night, the National Geographic channel (I believe) had former President Bush on there telling about his exact experiences of that day.
They showed the destroyed World Trade Center buildings but did not show the photos of the people jumping out of the buildings. Bush did mention that though.
I do not like him now that he is an anti-Trumper - but he was a calming influence back at that time, IMHO.
It is worth watching if there is a replay today.
And then seven years later America voted a homosexual muslim marxist named hussein as president. “Never forget” lasted 48 hours.
Not a big Bush fan, but considering he found himself placed in a worst case scenario no President would want to find themselves in, with 20/20 hindsight, he did pretty well. 18 years later we can speculate what would have been better actions to take, but right then and there with fast moving parts, he did pretty well.
God forbid this had happened while Obama was in charge. He would have excused the incident as to not offend anyone in the middle east.
I was in my office that morning, and got my first indication that something was happening HERE, on FR.
Free Republic was about the ONLY site on the web that functioned that morning. Everything else was locked up.
It was just a horrid day. We let everyone in our office go home at noon. It was somber.
Our company had sales people stranded all over the country. Rental cars were hard to come by, so some of the guys who had them drove LONG distances to go pickup fellow salesmen and bring them home to Louisville.

It’s an important annual tradition. I wish the far-left news media agreed.
I was in a Loomis-Fargo armored truck halfway between Kernersville NC and Raleigh NC. Realized something bad had happened when we arrived at Raleigh and there were 35 guys standing outside with shotguns. I will always remember that.
I was temporarily stranded... overseas...
Now, the NYT says a plane did it.
