Herbert Hoover was the President of the United States during the stock market crash of 1929. Essentially, he was the George H. W. Bush of his day, who succeeded capitalist Calvin Coolidge and preceded socialist Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Note: The name in the title is attributed to the famous radio malaprop by Harry von Zell, attempting to announce Hoover's name in a birthday tribute.

To solve the puzzle:
- Enter the letters in the top half (letter columns) of the puzzle into the white squares on the bottom half (answer grid) below
- Each letter must stay in its own column within the grid
- Each letter must be used exactly once
- Black squares represent spaces and do not get letters
- Gray squares represent punctuation marks or numbers and do not get letters
- Some words will continue from one row to another. Only spaces (black squares) or punctuation marks separate words.
