Lacking any information, I’m going to guess they were guests at a party, the admission for which was the orange wrist band, where some toxic comestibles or inhalants were distributed.

Body said to be found at Southside Works apartments. Am not from Pitt. but visit twice a year. This is near Hofbrauhaus, stores, restaurants.

I’m guessing those who attended were liberals or progressives... and that zero straight traditional citizens attended.
