I wish Google didn’t own Androiod OS.
I really like edge to edge displays.
If you want on or off the Apple/Mac/iOS Ping List, Freepmail me.
they break a whole lot easier. . .
Since installed my phone is buggy. Will not consistently charge on an induction charger. Now it freezes on PDF’s.
Google owns android?
Flawless download, and free, as usual.
Thanks!
I never thought about how vulnerable they are.
Makes sense though.
Initially developed by Android Inc., which Google bought in 2005, Android was unveiled in 2007, with the first commercial Android device launched in September 2008.
Yes. Google developed and owns Android.
Now would you rather an OS that is intended to gather everything about everyone while caring not a whit for the hardware maker, or an OS that wants you to trust it keeping you private & secure and so buy more from the same vendor?
IOS 13.x screwed up CarPlay on Chrysler products. I was not getting cover art with CarPlay on my GM car. After I installed IOS 13 I get covert art and CarPlay definitely works better on my GM car. This is the kind of thing that drives IT people insane.
My iPhone 6 Plus doesnt run 13, but my new iPad Air does. Im having terrible problems with Apple Notes syncing from phone, iPad, and MacBook Pro mid 2014. The first advice everybody has for sync problems is to get the latest version of IOS running on all devices. The phone only runs the latest version of 12 and the iPad runs 13. I wonder if that is contributing to sync problems. The web is full of complaints about Notes no longer syncing after the 13 update.

Not just IT people, everybody who uses this stuff.
What drives me insane is stuff that works perfectly gets broken with the next release. IOS 13 broke Apple Notes synchronization...I didnt realize that until I updated a lot of my To-Do list on my iPad and it never synced to my iPhone or Mac. Then my updates all disappeared. Aaargh!
Thanks SM, I just updated the software.
My iPhone 7 has battery issues after I installed the update. I know of one other person that experiences the same issue. My battery drains in less than a few hours compared to a day or more before I installed IOS 13.xx or whatever the first release was. The subsequent updates have not fixed any problems.
Ive had no problems with notes syncing between my Apple devices, but all of mine are not that old except for a MacBook Air from 2011 which syncs fine.
Are you having trouble with the screen on you iPad Air 3? I have to restart once or twice a week, or it starts delaying response. Support seems to has the attitude that that is normal.
This was the first Android mobile phone ever offered, the HTC Dream, made for T-Mobile, made with pretty much off-the-shelf parts.
Not a big deal to restart, but definitely not normal. Id insist on speaking to a second tier support tech. Something needs fixing at the system level.
