So, she’s insane, we know that she wants to commit physical harm to someone and we let her go... Meanwhile, some guy makes an offhand remark, that triggers someone and the cops are at his door, to deny him his constitutional rights, to take his sh*t and, in at least one case, kill him.

Similar case of murder this past week in Germany. Son of former German President (now dead for four years) was attacked at a medical lecture by a older German guy with a knife. Kills the doctor, and seriously wounds a cop trying to stop the act. Total nutcase...murder trial probably won’t occur, with the nutcase sent off to a mental facility.
i dont believe shes insane. i believe thats a psychologist saying that because they dont believe in the death penalty to get her off the hook. execute her.
