You know you are seriously in the doghouse when the family pooch makes the Christmas greeting but you’re left out.
Such is the case for perpetually scandal-plagued Hunter Biden. He and wife Melissa were all-too-obviously missing from the Christmas card posted online by Papa Joe.
Accompanying the card was a video that included two of the former VP’s German shepherds, Champ and Major Biden. Hunter, 49, and Melissa, 32, were nowhere in sight. Joe, 77, added insult to injury by writing, “When we say Merry Christmas from the entire Biden family, that means even the dogs” - but, alas, not Hunter and Melissa.
In response, social media has lit up like a proverbial Christmas tree.
Jibes hint that the exclusion was punishment for Hunter’s alleged unsavory behavior. “Where’s that Drug addict son of Yours Hunter,” posted @no_silenced. An online wag, @M2Madness, cracked, “I guess someone told Hunter that Rudy was in the area, eh?” One other member of the Twitterati simply posted a photo of a crack pipe being lit. At least the brush-off negated the risk of Hunter wearing this season’s infamous Santa-snorting-cocaine sweater to the photo shoot.
